GSA have legal rights to be formed if:
  • If your school has allowed at least one non-curriculum related student group to use its facilities for a meeting place during non-instructional time.
  • If your club has followed all the basic requirements ANY other club most follow in starting their school club.
Equal Access Act Protects GSAs Independent School Districts who have additional Protection (coming soon)
